Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.

By using the services of 24 Hours Patient Care, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Booking

All service bookings are subject to staff availability. We confirm bookings within 30-60 minutes after receiving a request.

2. Replacement Policy

If you are not satisfied with the assigned caregiver, we provide a replacement within 24 hours at no extra administrative cost. This applies to the first 48 hours of service.

3. Payment Terms

  • Monthly packages require 50% advance payment at the start.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer or Cash.
  • Service will be paused if payments are delayed by more than 3 days.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Maintain a respectful and safe environment for the caregiver.
  • Provide basic food and accommodation for 24-hour live-in staff.
  • Do not ask the medical staff for household chores like cleaning or cooking for the entire family.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts.
